
Vanda is the founder and therapeutic creative force behind Soma Groove — a somatic, movement-based, and emotionally attuned approach to healing that merges bodywork, subconscious journeying, dance therapy, nervous system work, breath, and expressive arts into deeply human pathways of transformation.
Her work lives in the space where therapy meets artistry.
She guides people into the subtle, often inaccessible places within — the younger parts, the emotional undercurrents, the beliefs held in the fascia, the stories stored beneath language. Through movement, breath, sensory awareness, guided imagery, and intuitive attunement, she helps these hidden layers become felt, understood, expressed, and integrated.
Her sessions and group journeys are known for their depth, safety, and precision. Vanda listens with her whole body — tracking micro-shifts in breath, voice, posture, emotion and energy. Her presence creates a field where people can soften defenses, meet themselves honestly, and experience profound inner contact. Many describe journeying with her as “reaching a part of myself I could never access alone.”
Her work is informed by over 30 years of devotion to movement, music and the body — from her early life as an athlete, dancer and performer, to two decades as an international DJ and educator, and later (and still ongoing) immersion into somatics, trauma healing, inner child work, Jungian and parts-based psychology, dance movement therapy, breathwork, bodywork, energy healing, music therapy and the expressive arts.
But more than methods, her guidance is shaped by lived experience — the kind of knowing that comes from walking her own path of embodiment, healing, and coming home to herself.
Through Soma Groove, Vanda holds spaces — retreats, 1:1s, group journeys, and long-term containers — that invite people to remember who they are beneath the noise:
