Sometimes the body feels it before the mind can make sense of it.

When It Gets A Lot is a small, intentional collection of recorded somatic practices and meditations to support you in moments of overwhelm, tenderness, or emotional fullness.

These practices were originally created inside the Coming Home program — a deep, ongoing container with guidance, community, and integration.
Listening to how challenging this season can be for many nervous systems, I chose to open these specific practices to the wider community, so they can be used as gentle support whenever things feel like… a lot.

This is not a program.
There is no curriculum, no progression, no pressure.

Just simple, embodied invitations to:

  • settle your nervous system

  • reconnect with your body

  • soften emotional charge

  • return to a sense of inner ground

You can come here:

  • after social or family gatherings

  • when emotions feel close to the surface

  • when you feel tired, wired, or overstimulated

  • when you need regulation rather than insight

This library is here to meet you where you are.
No fixing. No pushing. No spiritual bypassing.
Only presence, pacing, and a gentle remembering of safety inside the body.
