A self-paced somatic journey for emotional capacity, nervous system healing & embodied self-leadership.
There comes a moment when you realise you can't brace anymore.
You've been coping. Holding yourself together.
Understanding your patterns... yet still living inside them.
Nothing is necessarily wrong. But something isn't fully true either.
You can explain your reactions.
You can name your wounds.
You've done the inner work... or maybe you're just beginning.
And still, in moments of stress or intimacy, the old patterns take over.
Because you can't think your way out of something that lives in the body.
Coming Home is where that changes.
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." — Carl Jung
Lifetime access · Self-paced · Begin when you're ready
"Life-changing — not because it pushed me, but because it finally felt safe enough for real change." Thérèse, Switzerland
"I finally understood what to tend to inside myself, and how. I feel so much more space and capacity!" Michaela, Slovakia
"I don't need to run away from myself anymore. I can finally stay." Anna, Spain
"The name Coming Home says it all. I stopped leaving myself." Vivian, USA
The first edition of Coming Home was deeply lived by the people who joined it.
Listening closely to the group, to their bodies, to what actually creates integration shaped what this has become.
No group timing to keep up with. No fixed schedule. No pressure to be anywhere but where you are.
You begin when you're ready. You move at the rhythm your nervous system asks for. And the work is here whenever you return to it.
This is yours. For as long as you need it.
It doesn't mean control. It doesn't mean forcing change.
It means no longer being unconsciously run by old stories.
It means building the embodied capacity to:
Respond instead of react
Feel emotions without collapse or shutdown
Stay present with intensity
Express what's true without shame
Hold boundaries without guilt
Create from love instead of fear
Until the unconscious becomes conscious, it writes the script.
Coming Home is where you begin writing it yourself — from your body out into your life.
You've read the books. Done the therapy. Understood yourself deeply.
And yet — in moments of stress, conflict, or closeness — the same pattern takes over.
You react before you think. You shut down when you most want to stay open. You know exactly what you're doing and still can't stop it.
That's not a mindset problem. That's not lack of effort.
That's a body that hasn't yet learned it's safe to do things differently.
If something softened while reading this — that's not persuasion. That's recognition.
Survival mode isn't a failure.
It's a nervous system strategy that once protected you.
But staying there keeps your life unconsciously reactive.
Self-authorship feels different.
It's the ability to:
Feel emotions without being overwhelmed
Recognise patterns without being run by them
Set boundaries without guilt
Make choices from clarity instead of fear
Trust your body as an ally again
This shift doesn't happen through effort or force.
It happens through safety, relationship, and time...
where your system learns it no longer has to brace.
The journey moves through three phases, each one building on the last.
Capacity · Presence · Nervous System Flexibility · Somatic Grounding
We slow down. We build emotional capacity and nervous system flexibility — not as a bypass, but as a foundation.
This is where the system learns: "I don't have to brace to be here."
"I never would have allowed myself to rest without feeling guilty. But my body gave me exactly what I needed. I'm finally at peace." Ida, Portugal
Inner Child · Parts Work · Pattern Awareness
With more ground beneath us, we turn toward what has been protecting you.
Through parts-informed work, somatic inquiry, and therapeutic reflection, self-judgement softens into understanding.
"I don't need to run away from myself anymore. I can sustain it. I can support my inner child who always spoke to me through symptoms in my body. I am finally ready to receive it." Anna, Spain
Expression · Boundaries · Agency · Embodied Choice
Emotion becomes information instead of threat. Anger becomes clarity instead of danger. Boundaries become embodied rather than forced.
This is where the work shows up in real life — in relationships, decisions, voice, and presence.
"I have been working on meditations and dancing again every day. So much is changing for me in a positive way." Michaela, Slovakia
"Over the last couple of weeks I really noticed my body healing - back pain dissolving, my mind becoming clearer, just feeling really good in myself. I did the heart coherence practice and it felt so good to give myself space to connect with my body rather than push through into the evening as I'd been doing. Something has genuinely shifted."

There's a reason that phrase exists.
We don't come home alone.
The Village is where Coming Home lives, and where you live inside this ecosystem.
It's your home base: the content, the practices, the recorded sessions and the people walking the same path, from all corners of the world.
Seekers and feelers. People who are done with surface and ready for something real.
When you join Coming Home, activating your Village membership is your next step — this is how you access everything inside.
Inside the Village you'll find:
The full Coming Home content library
All recorded group sessions
Practices, meditations, and curated resources
A worldwide community of people in genuine process
A free monthly live online gathering, included with your membership
My presence, woven through the space with reflections, guidance and ongoing support
The Village membership is €3/month, activated directly by you on the platform. Kept intentionally symbolic — because what lives inside is worth far more than what it costs.
Because real return doesn't happen in isolation. It happens in the field of others who are also finding their way home.
Coming Home is designed to be powerful as a self-paced journey.
For those who want to go deeper, to be met directly, work through what opens up and have personalised guidance alongside the content, this journey integrates naturally with 1:1 sessions.
Many clients use Coming Home to support integration between sessions.
Others begin here and find their way to deeper 1:1 work when they're ready.
Not sure which pathway fits you?
Message me and I'll help you choose.

I don't guide people somewhere I haven't been myself.
This work comes from years of walking the path in my own body - meeting my emotions, patterns, edges and the places where I learned to stay.
My ability to hold others comes from having learned how to sit with myself, with discomfort, tenderness, fear, anger, grief, and joy — without rushing to fix or bypass.
That's what creates safety here.
Not performance. Not pressure. But presence.
When we work together - directly or through this journey - you're not being corrected.
You're being accompanied as you return to your own inner authority, rhythm, and wisdom.
"Coming Home is a beautiful and deep program to meet yourself in a safe container. You can feel all the care Vanda puts into it — her deep wisdom and impressive ability to hold space and create safety. I am deeply thankful."
Thérèse, Germany · Coming Home participant
"Working with Vanda has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Through her somatic work I've learned how to soften, how to listen to my body, and how to come home to myself in a way I didn't know was possible."

Before you say yes, here are some of the most common questions.
Is Coming Home beginner-friendly?
Yes. You don't need prior experience with therapy, somatic work, movement, or spirituality. The practices are guided, adaptable and invitational. Presence is enough.
Is this therapy? Does it replace therapy?
Coming Home doesn't replace therapy. It includes therapeutic depth and expands into embodied, somatic, and relational practice — working where patterns actually live, in sensation, movement, and lived experience. You can understand your pattern and still repeat it. Because you can't think your way out of something that lives in the body. Therapy often builds awareness. Coming Home builds embodied authorship and lived choice.
How much time does this require?
Because it's self-paced, you choose your rhythm. Short practices of 15–30 minutes work well. You're never expected to do everything. Repetition is welcome.
Do I need to join the Village separately?
Yes. The Village is where everything lives. When you purchase Coming Home, your next step is to activate your Village membership (€3/month) directly on the Skool platform. This is how you access the full content library, the recorded sessions, the community, and the monthly live gathering.
The activation link will be shared with you after purchase.
What is the Village monthly live gathering?
Every month there's a free live online gathering included with your Village membership - a space to connect, reflect, and be present with others on the same path. Included in your €3/month, no extra cost.
How long do I have access to Coming Home?
Your access to Coming Home is tied to your Village membership. As long as your membership is active (€3/month), you have full, ongoing access to everything inside - the content library, recorded sessions, practices, resources, the community, and the monthly live gathering.
If you pause or cancel your membership, your access pauses with it. You can always reactivate and pick up exactly where you left off.
Think of it as a living space - it stays open for you as long as you choose to keep the door open.
I've already done therapy. Will this still be relevant?
Yes. Many people who come to Coming Home have already done significant inner work. This journey often supports the integration phase — where insight becomes embodied change. It's less about analysing your past and more about learning to live differently now.
Do I need movement or dance experience?
No. Somatic practice here is about awareness, sensation, and embodied presence — not performance or choreography. Everything is adaptable to your body and your capacity.
What if I need more support along the way?
You're always welcome to reach out about 1:1 sessions. Many people find that Coming Home opens something they want to explore more deeply in direct, personalised work. Explore 1:1 options →
