There comes a moment when you realise you can’t brace anymore.
You’ve been coping.
Holding yourself together.
Understanding your patterns — yet still living inside them.
Nothing is necessarily wrong.
But something isn’t fully true either.
You can explain your reactions.
You can name your wounds.
You’ve done therapy, workshops or inner work — or maybe you’re just beginning.
And still, in moments of stress or intimacy, old patterns take over.
Because you can’t think your way out of something that lives in the body.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” — Carl Jung
Coming Home is where you take the power back and step into the Author of your own life.
All live sessions recorded · Payment plans available · Limited group
Coming Home is a structured 3-month online somatic therapy program and embodied group container.
It is designed to expand emotional capacity, integrate shadow patterns, and support you in living from conscious choice — not unconscious repetition.
This is not a course you consume.
It is a journey you live.
For people who want to live from conscious choice instead of unconscious repetition.
The first edition of Coming Home was deeply lived by the people who joined it.
Many described it as life-changing — not because it was intense or dramatic, but because it helped them feel at home in themselves.
More present in their bodies.
More loving on the inside.
Clearer about what truly needed care — and how to tend to it without force.
Listening closely — to the group, to their bodies, and to what accurately lands for real integration — shaped this version.
Coming Home — The Art of Returning to Your Power is a tuning, not a restart.
It keeps everything that worked — the depth, honesty, somatic intelligence, and relational field — and refines the pacing and support so the work can land gently, steadily, and sustainably.
This is not more content.
It is more attunement.
Returning to your power does not mean control.
It does not mean dominance.
It does not mean forcing change.
It means no longer being unconsciously run by old stories.
No longer reacting from inherited wounds.
No longer shrinking to stay safe.
No longer repeating relational loops and calling them fate.
It means building the embodied capacity to:
Respond instead of react
Feel emotions without collapse or shutdown
Stay present with intensity
Express anger without shame
Hold boundaries without guilt
Take up space without over-explaining
Create from love instead of fear
This is about authorship.
Until the unconscious becomes conscious, it writes the script.
Coming Home is where you begin creating consciously — from your body out into life.
You’ve already done therapy, workshops, or spiritual work —
and something still isn’t fully landing.
You understand yourself.
Yet in moments of stress, conflict, or intimacy, old patterns still take over.
Or maybe you’re simply tired of bracing.
Tired of coping.
Tired of pushing yourself to “heal better.”
You want to feel more present.
More alive.
More grounded — not just calmer or "regulated".
If something softened while reading this,
that’s not persuasion.
That’s recognition.
Survival mode isn’t a failure.
It’s a nervous system strategy that once protected you.
But staying there keeps your life unconsciously reactive.
Self-authorship feels different.
It’s the ability to:
Feel emotions without being overwhelmed
Recognise patterns without being run by them
Set boundaries without guilt
Make choices from clarity instead of fear
Trust your body as an ally again
This shift doesn’t happen through effort or force.
It happens through safety, relationship, and time —
where your system learns it no longer has to brace.
Capacity · Presence · Nervous System Flexibility · Somatic Grounding
We slow down.
We build emotional capacity and nervous system flexibility — not as a bypass, but as a foundation.
This is where the system learns: “I don’t have to brace to be here.”
For many people, this is where the pressure to heal drops — and something inside finally exhales.
Inner Child · Parts Work · Pattern Awareness
With more ground beneath us, we turn toward what has been protecting you.
Through parts-informed work, somatic inquiry, and therapeutic reflection, self-judgement softens into understanding.
This is often where people say:
“I finally understand myself — and I’m kinder inside.”
Expression · Boundaries · Agency · Embodied Choices
Here, something vital begins to return.
Emotion becomes information instead of threat.
Anger becomes clarity instead of danger.
Boundaries become embodied rather than forced.
This is where the work begins to show up in real life — in relationships, decisions, voice, and presence.
This is a small, high-touch container held through relationship — not pressure.
Across the three months, you are supported through:
4 live group sessions (Zoom) — one per month + closing integration ceremony (every session recorded)
*3 optional 1:1 therapeutic sessions** — one per month (Mentored Journey only)
3 monthly cacao circles (optional) — 1h sharing, connection & presence
Private WhatsApp community — my presence + gentle guidance
Soma Library (20h+) — embodied practices, movement, meditations, reflections
Curated Resource Library aligned with each phase
*Included in the Mentored Journey. Core Journey does not include 1:1 sessions.
**The group is a field of shared presence, not performance. Sharing is optional, being present is powerful.
You’ll be reflected back to yourself in ways insight alone never could.
You’ll have access to the content for 6 months from the start date, so the work can keep landing — deeper and deeper.
So you know what you’re saying yes to.
Replays are available — so you can participate live or in your own time.

Practices are released gradually, aligned with each month’s theme.
You’re never expected to do everything. Repetition is welcome.
Coming Home doesn’t replace therapy.
It includes therapeutic depth — and expands the field around it.
In regular therapy, you often meet one-to-one through conversation. You build insight, understanding and awareness over time.
Coming Home includes optional 1:1 therapeutic sessions — held within a wider, embodied container.
It’s not only verbal.
It’s somatic, experiential and relational.
You can understand your pattern — and still repeat it.
Because you can’t think your way out of something that lives in the body.
In Coming Home, we work where patterns actually live: in sensation, emotion, movement, boundaries and lived practice.
Therapy often builds awareness.
Coming Home builds embodied authorship and lived choice.
Less analysing your story.
More learning to live inside yourself differently.

I don’t guide people somewhere I haven’t been myself.
This work comes from years of walking the path in my own body — meeting my emotions, patterns, edges, and the places where I learned to stay.
My ability to hold others comes from having learned how to sit with myself — with discomfort, tenderness, fear, anger, grief, and joy — without rushing to fix or bypass.
That’s what creates safety here.
Not performance.
Not pressure.
But presence.
I hold space slowly, attentively, and with deep respect for the body’s timing.
When we work together, you’re not being corrected.
You’re being accompanied — as you return to your own inner authority, rhythm, and wisdom.
This journey isn’t about becoming someone else.
It’s about coming home to yourself — with more honesty, capacity and power.
“I stopped leaving myself. I learned how to stay — and everything in my life began to change from there.”
“That moment when you recognise this as true — that’s when you know.”
You don’t need to be fixed.
You don’t need to try harder.
You need a space where your system can soften — and expand.
If you’re ready to stop repeating the same story,
and begin consciously authoring your life,
you are welcome here.

Before you say yes, here are some of the most common questions.
Is Coming Home beginner-friendly?
Yes.
You don’t need prior experience with therapy, somatic work, movement, or spirituality.
The practices are guided, adaptable, and invitational — not performance-based.
Whether you’re just beginning or have been on the path for years, this container meets you where you are.
Presence is enough.
Is this therapy? Does it replace therapy?
Coming Home does not replace therapy.
It includes therapeutic depth — especially in the Mentored Journey (with 1:1 sessions) — but it expands into embodied, somatic, and relational practice.
You don’t just talk about patterns.
You work with them through the body, in real time.
Therapy often builds awareness.
Coming Home builds embodied authorship and lived choice.
What if I can’t attend the live sessions?
All live group sessions and cacao circles are recorded.
You can participate live or via replay without falling behind.
The container is designed to be steady and accessible — not overwhelming.
How much time does this require each week?
Plan for:
One live session (or replay) per month
Optional cacao circle
Short embodied practices during the week (15–30 minutes)
You are not expected to do everything.
This is not about productivity.
It’s about integration.
What’s the difference between the Core and Mentored Journey?
Core Journey (€650) includes the full group container, live sessions, practices, and community support.
Mentored Journey (€900) includes everything above plus:
3 individual 1:1 therapeutic sessions (one per month)
Personalised integration support
If you want deeper individual guidance alongside the group field, Mentored is for you.
If you’re comfortable working primarily in group space, Core is powerful and complete.
I’ve already done therapy — will this still be relevant?
Yes.
Many participants have already done therapy or personal development work.
Coming Home often supports the integration phase — where insight becomes embodied change.
It’s less about analysing your past and more about living differently now.
Do I need movement or dance experience?
No.
Somatic practice here is about awareness, sensation, and embodied presence — not performance or choreography.
Everything is adaptable to your body and your capacity.
What if I feel unsure or afraid to commit?
That’s normal.
This work is about stepping into authorship — and that can feel vulnerable.
If you’re unsure which pathway fits you, or if this is the right timing, you’re welcome to message me before enrolling.
Clarity is always better than pressure.
