The Soma Groove Village Circle is our monthly online gathering for members of the Soma Groove Village: a living community for people who want to keep exploring themselves through the body, emotions, authentic expression and connection.

Once a month, we come together for a simple, human pause from the noise of everyday life.

There is no formal teaching, no performance and nothing you need to prepare.

This is a space to slow down, arrive in your body, connect with yourself and meet other members of the Village in authenticity and presence.

Make yourself a cacao, tea, or whatever feels nourishing. Find a comfortable space and come exactly as you are.

Depending on the gathering, we may share, reflect, move, breathe or simply listen.

The focus is not on learning more, but on experiencing, connecting and keeping the inner work alive.
