As we gather in the mystical mountains of Monchique during the moment of the year when veils grow thinner, we’ll cross the threshold between seen and unseen — between who we’ve been and who we’re becoming.

This retreat is an invitation to shed old masks, identities, reclaim your essence and step into deeper embodiment and authenticity.
Through movement, breath, presence, ritual and connection, you’ll remember what it means to live fully unveiled.

THE SETTING
Our home for the week is a sanctuary nestled in the lush forests of Monchique, Algarve — a land of misty mountains, ancient springs, and soulful silence.
It’s the perfect place to soften, surrender, and come home to yourself.
