This is an experience where the body walks through ancient deserts, while the soul dives into inner landscapes yet to be explored.

Guided by the wisdom and magic of Vanda, creator of Soma Groove, and by Luís’ passion and deep knowledge of the territory, this retreat is as much an inner journey as a journey through the charms of Morocco.

Over the course of 8 days, each stage of this journey will be a fu- sion between the outside world — with its colors, smells, flavors and land- scapes — and the inner world, awak- ened by practices carefully designed to create depth, presence and transformation.

We will cross mountains and gorges, rest in date palm oases, get lost in the golden dunes of the Sahara and find ourselves again under starry skies.

Each day, Vanda wil guide you to immerse yourself in practices like somatic movement, therapeutic dance, transformational breathwork, bodywork, ecstatic dance, meditation, rituals, journaling, shadow work and group dynamics, at a pace that respects the territory and the moment.

It is a living journey, where knowledge of oneself, of others and of the whole is revealed both in internal en- counters and in external discoveries.

Here is the path you will walk:

26 September — Departure → Marrakech → Ourika Valley

You will fly into Marrakech and be welcomed into the foothills of the Atlas Mountains.

27 September — Ourika Valley → Dadès Gorge

You will cross the Atlas Mountains and arrive in the dramatic red landscapes of Dadès. You will fly into Marrakech and be welcomed into the foothills of the Atlas Mountains.

28 September — Dadès Gorge → Merzouga (Erg Chebbi)

You will walk through ancient gorges and arrive at the gateway of the Sahara — the magnificent dunes of Erg Chebbi.

29 September — Merzouga

You will spend a full day immersed in the desert energy, where silence becomes a teacher.

30 September — Merzouga → Agdz

You will visit sacred places, cross open roads and arrive at the oasis of Agdz.

1 October — Agdz → Ait Ben Haddou → Marrakech

You will visit UNESCO heritage, cross the mountains again and return to Marrakech.

2 October — Marrakech

You will explore the magical Red City, enjoy a luxurious Hammam spa ritual and a traditional Moroccan dinner with music.

3 October — Marrakech → Return home

You will return transformed.

Every day there will be practices completely tailored to the location and the energy present within the group. Expect somatic movement, therapeutic dance, transformational breathwork, ecstatic dance, bodywork, meditation, rituals, journaling, shadow work and group dynamics, which can be done in Portuguese or English, depending on the language of the majority of participants.
