WHAT TO EXPECT ON THIS JOURNEY

Over the course of 3 months, we will dive into a deep, embodied exploration of truth, emotion, and expression.
You will learn how to understand the language of your body, feel it, move it, respond to it — and return to the core of who you truly are.

We will explore the mind-body-emotion connection, uncover limiting beliefs and patterns, and expand your personal power — shifting from a place of survival and suppression to a space of vitality, clarity and choice.

Each month opens a new portal:

MONTH 1 – BODY AND EMOTIONAL LIBERATION

THEME: RELEASE TO FEEL

• What is stopping you from being fully present in your body?
• Where do you carry unexpressed tension and emotion?
  

In this first month, we open space in the body to allow energy to move again. Often we carry the weight of our days without realizing it. Here we awaken vitality and soften the rigid patterns that prevent us from feeling and being fully alive.

• Live Online Workshop (2.5h): Being the Body
  Breathwork, meditation, mindfulness and somatic exploration will be the foundations. You’ll receive both theoretical context and practical tools to integrate into your daily life, keeping your process alive beyond the sessions.
• Weekly Tools + Meditations: grounding, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, subtle movement practices.
• Community Group (WhatsApp): gentle weekly check-ins, prompts, and micro-challenges to cultivate daily embodiment and connection.

MONTH 2 – EXPRESSION OF ANGER AND WILL

THEME: THE FIRE THAT MOVES YOU

• What if anger wasn’t a problem, but a portal to your power?
• What would happen if you let your voice and body move without fear of judgment?
  

Anger is one of the most misunderstood emotions. We store so much inside that it either erupts or becomes completely repressed. This month is about learning to honor it, give it shape, and use it as fuel for truth and transformation. We’ll activate your voice, clarify your boundaries, and reclaim your right to feel.

• Live Online Workshop (2.5h): Reframing Anger
  We’ll shift the way we relate to this emotion — recognizing its intelligence and how it speaks to our unmet needs and deeper truths. Repressed anger becomes embodied clarity and inspired action.
• Weekly Tools + Meditations: voice activation, boundary work, primal movement, expressive rituals.
• Community Group: guided reflections, emotional inquiry practices, and embodied “no”/“yes” exploration to reclaim your direction and power.

MONTH 3 – INNER CHILD HEALING AND AUTHENTICITY

THEME: RETURNING HOME

• When was the last time you felt truly light? Played without guilt? Laughed without fear?
• What limiting beliefs still prevent you from fully being yourself?
  

In our final month, we reconnect with the essence of who we are — the inner child within. We’ll explore ancestral and systemic influences, hidden loyalties, and emotional blueprints that still shape how we relate, speak, and move through life. From a place of consciousness and love, we choose what to release and what to reclaim.

• Live Online Workshop (3h): My Inner Child
  A guided journey into your inner child’s world — offering a safe space for expression, insight, and reconnection. You’ll explore the roots of your beliefs and how early family dynamics still influence your body and voice.
• Weekly Tools + Meditations: inner child dialogues, creative play, joy-based practices, expression through art and sound.
• Final Integration Ritual + Celebration Circle: to close the cycle with clarity, intention, and connection — stepping into your next chapter with awareness and vitality.
